KPMG South Africa suitably invites qualified and experienced candidates for the position of System Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:
What you’ll do
- Resolve calls logged by users for queries, errors and other problems experienced on the system.
- System functionality testing
- Ensure that all Enterprise System Module daily checks are performed so information is up-to-date and daily processing by end users can continue.
- Log all issues received from internal clients on Service Now.
- Keep all call tickets updated as work progresses each day
- Report trending issues to Technical lead.
- Identify root cause on Business-Critical Application issues.

- BCom Info Systems degree or similar qualification.
- 3 to 5 years working experience supporting/extending ERP/Enterprise Business systems (Oracle) as a Business Systems Support Specialist
- Product vendor training on some key modules
- Knowledge base user training
- Diploma in Business Analysis a plus
