Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate and implement the recruitment, selection, and placement process which include but not limited to, advertising vacant positions, screening Cvs and shortlisting, conducting interviews.
  • Maintain personnel records/information in accordance with the applicable laws as well as the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Induct new employees
  • Coordinate IR interventions
  • Support Payroll Administration
  • Support and assist in the implementation of HR interventions
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Stay abreast of any changes in the regulatory framework and recommend amendments to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with the preparation of the employment equity plan/report
  • Compile information for qualitative/quantitative reports, identify gaps and provide interpretation
  • Facilitate and coordinate skills development initiatives
  • Facilitate/coordinate employee wellness initiatives
  • Management of Organograms
  • Perform any other duty as assigned

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the HR Manufacturing field is a prerequisite.
  • Strong systems knowledge
  • Microsoft Excel
  • SAP experience is essential
