Duties & Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:
What you’ll do
- Proactive customer support
- Building relationships with internal customers to enable ownership & self-help mindset
- Maintaining Learning Management, IDP, Recruitment, Job Profile, Succession Planning modules
Ensuring improvement in data quality & completeness
- You’ll be collaborating with implementation teams for cloud & integration solutions
- You’ll leverage the capabilities of business intelligence tools and related resources
Exciting Challenges you might face in the role
- Applies people skills, stakeholders engagement and goals
- Driving timelines of work Order deliverables
- Effectively managing all Talent Management modules
- (Learning Management, IDP, Recruitment, Job Profile, Succession Planning)

What you’ll need
Baseline:
- 3 years HR SAP system support experience
- 2 years general HR technology support experience
- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Human Resources / Systems or related).
- Exceptional communication skills
- Deep integration knowledge between modules and other systems
- Experience working with Senior Management and different levels of HR customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
Advantageous:
- Post-graduate qualification in Information Technology Degree
- 5 years SAPHR related experience with five of these directly linked to Time, Talent Management and Reporting knowledge
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
