Ongoing Job Vacancy at Ackermans for the position of Fund Administrator for immediate employment.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:
What you’ll do
- Processing of fund related forms for new entrants and withdrawals
- Record Keeping
- Disability Claims Processing
- Funeral Benefit Claims
- IOD Processing
- Loan – Process emergency loans
- Processing of Death Claims
- Queries – Fund query mailbox

- National Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Admin
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Retirement Fund and Provident Fund administration, rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of the S37c Death Claims process
- Legislation on Workmen’s compensation Fund
- Good query management knowledge
SKILLS:
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Computer Skills – Excel
- Able to deal with large volumes of work
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to work independently
EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- 2 years administration experience with exposure to : Retirement & Provident Fund admin / Payroll admin / HR Admin /
- Processing Death Claims
