Job Description

Obaro South Africa is searching for a professional Administrative Clerk to oversee all administrative and clerical duties. Administrative Clerk (fuel) wanted at Obaro

If you are a detail-oriented professional with proven clerical experience, we want you.

In this position, you will play an important part in assuring our company’s daily office operations run smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager.
  • Reconciliation of the fuel system
  • Personnel Management
  • Filing and general administrative tasks;
  • Client liaison; and
  • Handling of debtors.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Handling, checking and reconciliation of daily cash;
  • Grade 12 qualification with accounting;
  • Valid drivers licence;
  • Three years relevant experience will be advantageous;
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • computer literacy and knowledge of the MS office package; and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
