Job Description

Ongoing Job Vacancy at RCL FOODS for the position of Admin Clerk for immediate employment.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:

What you’ll do

Daily recording of:

  • Downtime
  • Job cards (Scheduled-from the system, Breakdowns)
  • Services recording – from job cards to OnKey system
  • Overtime costing
  • Absenteeism and sick notes
  • Leave forms
  • Attendance register
  • Electricity usage
  • Water usage


  • Documentation preparation of control summary reports
  • Minutes

Typing of:

  • Memo’s, Notice’s etc.
  • Minutes
  • Reports

Scheduling of:



  • Medical examinations
  • Inductions
  • Updating trackers
  • Emergency orders
  • Additional BR trackers
  • Weekly distribution of OnKey reports to all Engineering HOD’s
  • Bi weekly distribution of OnKey job cards to all Engineering employees
  • Weekly man load forecast reporting
  • Weekly Overtime weekend Bookings
  • AD-HOC duties as requested by Line manager

  • A degree or diploma in Agriculture
  • Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar environment, 2 to 3 of which should be in a supervisory capacity
